5. What is your return or exchange policy?

All sales are final. Exchange only and items must be in its original state ( as received) it must be unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt of hair. 6. How long does it take to ship and process the orders?

Normally, we will ship within 24hours after receiving payment of your order. We will out by DHL express, which will take 1 to 3 days to arrive in U.S, 2~4 days in UK or other country.

7. How long does the hair typically last?

6 months to a year depending on care.please care the hair right way

8. Can the hairs be colored?

Yes it can, but we advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.or we can dye it for you.please make sure dye the color in right way

9.How to take care your hair products?

1) wash it by the most mild shampoo or one specially formulated for chemically treated hair,

and clean in warm water as well. Please use the shampoo recommended by local professional hairdresser.

2) Comb with a WIRE brush after dry.

3) comb the wet hair gently by a large toothed comb and drying naturally is best.

4) please straighten hair if hair is straight when it is wet ; please gel hair if it is wavy.

5You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.

6) don't blow hair root too nearly by dryer; don`t grasp hair root when washing.

7) don't cover hair productions under the sun in a long time.

8) don't swim wearing hair extension.
